Keep your home clean to avoid cricket invasions and use a natural cricket repellent as soon as you notice cricket populations.

- Mix insecticidal soap with water. It works well and does not require harmful pesticides.
- Using diatomaceous earth causes crickets to dehydrate and die because it lacerates their exoskeletons and causes them to lose water.
- Using soapy water to repel crickets is an excellent solution. To attract crickets, fill bowls with soapy water and place them in your basement.
- Mix water and cedar oil to make a repellent spray to get rid of crickets.
- Use a sticky trap to eliminate house crickets in your home.
