While it's okay to use pesticides on crickets, you should be careful in doing so. This can cause the insects to become resistant to pesticide treatments.

If you do decide to spray a cricket infestation, make sure that only one type of pesticide is used at once. Otherwise, the crickets will develop a resistance to the other kinds of chemicals as well.
