Recognizing Carpenter Bees
You can easily recognize a carpenter bee when you look at their physical appearance. Unlike other bees such as bumblebees or honey bees, carpenter bees don’t have hair on their abdomens.
These bees also tend to have robust bodies, and they are mostly black with males having a yellow face with a white dot on their head.
